Terms & Conditions – Limited-Time Video Promotion

  1. Promotion Validity:
    This offer is valid only for bookings made on or before June 30, 2025, and cannot be extended.

  2. What’s Included:
    • Pre-shoot scenario planning
    • Up to 2 hours of on-site video shooting
    • Same-day video editing with a final deliverable (1-minute reel or equivalent)
    • One round of minor revisions if required

  3. Booking Requirements:
    • Full payment is due on the day of the shoot.
    • Shoot date must be scheduled within 30 days of booking.

  4. Availability:
    • Limited slots available. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • We reserve the right to close the promotion early once capacity is reached.

  5. Cancellation Policy:
    • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges for future offers.

  6. Delivery:
    • Edited video will be delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.
    • Any revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  7. Usage Rights:
    • We reserve the right to use behind-the-scenes footage and final videos for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Bonus Offers

  1. Google Review Bonus:
    Clients who leave a 5-star review on Google after receiving their video are eligible to book another video shoot next month for just $49.
    • This discounted shoot includes the same package (scenario, 2-hour shoot, same-day edit).
    • The bonus must be redeemed within 30 days of the original shoot.

  2. Referral Bonus:
    Clients who successfully refer 2 new customers who book and complete a shoot will receive one free video shoot the following month.
    • Both referred clients must complete their sessions before the free shoot can be claimed.
    • Referral shoots must be booked within 60 days of qualifying.
